RETURNS

All of our fresh cut flowers and preserved rose arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Our products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges can be made if damages were caused during transit. 

Empress Flora does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery. 

In the event the arrangement is damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours via phone or email at info@empressfloral.com.

After we receive the returned item. You will be refunded through Shopify within 3-5 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to confirm whether the order has been processed. If the arrangement is determined to be completed, we will not be able to issue a full refund due to the fact that Empress Flora has already incurred an expense to complete the arrangement and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to Empress Flora. Any changes to or cancellation of an order will require prior written approval via email and can only be authorized by a manager team member at Empress Flora.

DELIVERY POLICY

We do NOT take responsibility for arrangements being delivered to other locations such as (hotels, restaurants, recipient's work location etc) other than recipient's home due to customer's requests. We also do not take responsibility on how customers handle the arrangement after it's been delivered.
